Send your bracelet to the address listed above and include a note with your order number and name. Make sure the envelope is properly sealed, and if applicable, attach the charm(s) securely to a card. Please note that shipping is at your own risk. We recommend sending your package with Track & Trace.

Once we have received your bracelet, we will send you a confirmation by email. We will re-knot the bracelet and return it to you within two weeks of receipt.

In the next step, you can also add an extra charm to be included with the re-knotted bracelet.
