Send your bracelet to the address below and add a ticket with your name and order number. Make sure you stick the envelope well and possibly stick the charm (s) on a card. Send is at your own risk and we recommend sending your package with track & trace. After receiving your bracelet, we will inform you by e -mail and restring the bracelet and send it within 2 weeks after receipt.
Hereby also the possibility of adding a new extra intial to the bracelet that is being restrung. Please indicate in which order the initials should be tied.
