Send your bracelet to the address below and add a ticket with your name and order number. Make sure you stick the envelope well and possibly stick the charm(s) on a card. Shipping is at your own risk and we recommend sending your package with track & trace. After receiving your bracelet, we will inform you by e -mail and restring the bracelet and send it within 2 weeks after receipt.
This also includes the option to add a new extra 14k Proud Mom Boy, Girl of Heart to the bracelet that is restrung.
