All our jewelry is made and/or selected with care. However, it can happen that you are not completely satisfied.

Return Policy for Personalised Items

Due to the unique nature of our products, personalized items cannot be returned. This applies to both products that have been engraved especially for you and items that have been knotted especially for you. We recommend that you carefully check your order before confirming it.

Return or exchange of other jewellery

If notified within 14 days, the non-personalised jewellery can be returned or exchanged. After this period of time sales are final:

1. Get in touch with MAMALOVES within 14 days after receiving your jewellery by using this contact form or by customerservice@mamaloves.com. Please include your order number, your address and -if applicable- the item that you wish to trade your jewellery for.

2. MAMALOVES will send a confirmation e-mail with a request to return the jewellery within 14 days of receiving our e-mail in the original condition and packaging to:
