At MAMALOVES, we create all our jewelry with love and care. However, sometimes an order may not be exactly what you expected. Don’t worry, returning it is simple!

Is my item eligible for return?

Personalised jewellery, such as engraved jewellery or items made to your specific measurements, cannot be returned.

Satin cord bracelets

Our satin cord bracelets are specially made for you, in the colour and size of your choice. Therefore, these bracelets are normally excluded from returns.

However, we do offer you the option to return a satin cord bracelet. In this case, €6.95 will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Returns within 14 days

1. Contact us
Within 14 days of your order date, send us a message via our contact form or email customerservice@mamaloves.com. Please include:

• Your order number

• Your name

• The item you wish to return

2. Sending it back
After your message, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Always keep the shipping receipt when returning, so we can process your return quickly and smoothly. Send the jewelry back within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging, to:

Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email. The purchase amount and any shipping costs will be refunded to your account. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
