Is your bracelet ready for a new cord, a different colour, or would you like to add an extra charm?
With the MAMALOVES re-knotting service, it’s easy to arrange. You can send your Family Cube Bracelet to the MAMALOVES address. Don’t forget to include your name, order number, and the bracelet in the envelope. Make sure the envelope is securely sealed. We recommend sending your package with Track & Trace, so you can follow your shipment.

Once we’ve received your bracelet, we’ll notify you by email. In our studio, we will re-knot your bracelet using your chosen satin cord. We’ll send your bracelet back within two weeks of receiving it.
